The workshop organized by students  1st grade is based on showing a file of aromatic and medicinal plants already used in middle ages.
23 plants have been worked on and the children, with the help of their families, have investigated their characteristics and properties. Then they showed them to their classmates.
In the workshop of the medieval market, the cards will be exhibited accompanied by the plants or herbs with which perfumes or infusions were prepared.
The activity of the “sensory workshop” will consist of selecting a series of plants so that they can smell and touch them, trying to discover which plant it is by smell, taste or sight.
To set the scene for the medieval market, the students will be dressed in costumes of merchants of the time.
