WOMAD (World Of Music, Arts & Dance) is a multicultural festival devised by the artist Peter Gabriel and held in different parts of the world to show the richness of all the cultures of the world. It has been taking place in Cáceres since 1992 and for this reason our city has become one of the permanent venues.
