Year 2 have planted cress seeds. They planned and carried out an investigation to discover where the cress will grow quickest; in a cupboard or in the light. The children predicted the results and look forward to discovering what happens.

The children then used the cress they had grown to make egg and cress sandwiches which is a traditional English sandwich filler.
